Daredevil, Luke Cage, And More May Migrate To Disney Streaming Service

Netflix has been slowly killing its Marvel shows, apparently related to the upcoming launch of Disney's Disney + proprietary streaming service. Now Kevin Mayer of Disneys, the Direct Contracting Chair, has left the door open to revive these shows on his own channel as soon as he starts sometime in 2019.

"These are very high quality shows," Mayer told the Hollywood Reporter. "We have not discussed that yet, but I would say that's a possibility."

It is anything but a commitment, but there is certainly more hope for more consequences than previously thought. Netflix has stopped the shows gradually, mostly shortly after the release of the last season. It met Iron Fist, then Luke Cage and last Daredevil. Only Jessica Jones and The Punisher stop, but with Punisher's next season scheduled for January and JJ's coming soon, both are likely to appear for the Hack Block.

Disney has already announced a series of series for its own streaming service, including the original Marvel gaming series. These plans include a series that revolves around the favorite character Loki. It follows on from some Star Wars projects, including a series with Rogue One character Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) and another called The Mandalorian. These are some big plans that may make Disney even more reluctant to show more shows.

On the other hand, the Netflix series are already viewed critically. Daredevil game was especially celebrated for his first and third season, the latter ended with a cliffhanger. When Disney revives it, fans can see how this action pays off.

Smash Bros. Ultimate's Next Event Features Exclusive Spirits

Nintendo has announced the next in-game event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This week's Spirit event is entitled "Oh Yeah, Mario Time!" And offers a variety of characters from the Mario series and a handful of exclusive spirits that you can not get otherwise.

Unlike the previous two Spirit events in Super Smash Bros game. Ultimate, which were both available for only three days, the "Oh Yeah! Mario Time!" The event will begin at 22:00 PT on 27 December (1:00 CET / 6:00 GMT / 17:00 AEDT on 28 December) and will continue until the same time on 1 January. So you have five days to profit from it. During this time, an assortment of Mario Spirits, such as legendary Pauline and Dry Bowser, will appear more frequently in the Spirit Board. You also earn extra gold by defeating these ghosts.

In addition, the event will feature a number of exclusive Super Mario Party Spirits: the Novice Class Dice Block, the Advanced Class River Survival, and the Ace Class Golden Dash Mushroom. These three were not previously available in the game and will be displayed at certain times each day during the event. So you should add them to your collection while they are still nearby.

Nintendo hosts a different spirit event every week in Super Smash Bros game. Ultimate. Last week's event was the first in the Fire Emblem Fest, with Fire Emblem characters like Azura and Eliwood appearing more frequently on the Spirit Board. Nintendo has not yet announced the date for the second part, but it should take place in January.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been a great success for Nintendo so far, breaking sales records for the series around the world since its launch earlier this month. The game was also greeted with great criticism. GameSpot chose it as one of our Top 10 Video Games of 2018. "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate contains so many wonderful things that even in the short time between the release and our Best Of The Year discussions, it filled us with an immense amount of joy," we said.
